Account deletion

Delete Your Account

Last updated October 12, 2026

Jokerz, by Sacred Blue Studios Inc.

You can delete your Jokerz account yourself, inside the app or on the website, in about a minute. You do not need to email us. If you cannot sign in, see "If you cannot sign in" below.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Jokerz app and sign in.
  2. Open the avatar menu (your picture, top right on a phone; the account button on an iPad) and tap Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, to the last section, Delete account.
  4. Read what goes and what stays, then tap Delete my account.
  5. Type your @handle (or the word DELETE if you have not picked a handle) to confirm. If you signed in a while ago, Apple or Google will ask you to confirm it is you first.
  6. Tap Delete forever. It cannot be undone.

On the website: sign in, open Account from the profile menu, and use the Delete account section at the bottom of the page. The steps are the same.

If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke the link between Jokerz and your Apple account, as Apple requires.

What is deleted

  • Your account and your sign in, and the email, name and birth year we held.
  • Your @handle, which becomes free for someone else.
  • Your fan card, photo, followers, follows, blocks and reactions.
  • Your Starting 5 lineups, Magic Hand calls, league hands and results. You leave every league. A league you own passes to another member, and a league with only you in it is deleted.
  • Your shouts and recordings, and your unposted ShoutBox drafts.
  • Fan Levels: your answers, your height (if you added it), your claims and proof links, the vouch requests you sent with the email addresses you typed, and your level and badges. Vouches you gave are removed from other fans' counts.
  • Your feedback with our replies and notes, and any screenshots.
  • Your achievements, your Tokens and your Blue Tokens, with the history of both.
  • Your notification settings and push tokens, and your customer record at our purchase partner, RevenueCat.
  • Any public pages or shares you made (the pages at playjokerz.com/hand and /s).

What we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase records, without your name: kept for 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. Your name, email and user ID are taken off first.
  • Episodes that already aired with your shout: they stay up, as you agreed when you sent the shout. Your name, city, photo and handles are taken off our records of them. Email support@playjokerz.com if you want one taken down.
  • League standings: kept as bare scores, with no name, so other members' season history still adds up.
  • Reports filed about a person (for safety and legal claims), and records of actions our staff took on accounts. Reports you filed are kept for review with your identity removed.
  • A short record that the account was deleted: kept for 30 days, with no profile information, to make sure nothing comes back.
  • Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their own policies.

Most of it goes within minutes. If anything is interrupted, an automatic check each day finishes the job. If you would like us to confirm that it is done, email support@playjokerz.com.

Before you delete: your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Jokerz Pro subscription. The App Store or Google Play keeps billing until you cancel there. Cancel it first: on an iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Jokerz Pro (or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); on Android, Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. See Purchases and refunds. Unspent Blue Tokens are lost when you delete.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@playjokerz.com from the address on your account (for Sign in with Apple, that may be your Apple private relay address), or write from any address and tell us your @handle. Say "delete my account". We will check it is you, which may include asking you to confirm in the app, and we will finish within 30 days.

Under 13

If you gave a birth year that shows you are under 13, the app closes the account straight away and deletes it. A parent or guardian can also write to us to have a child's account deleted.
