How Jokerz Contacts Players and Coaches

Last updated October 12, 2026

We never message you first with a link, and we never ask for your password, a sign in code, a photo of your ID, or money. Every claim starts inside the Jokerz app.

The rules we keep

  • No first contact by direct message with a link. If we reach out to a player or coach, it is through a contact we found ourselves, such as a team, a school, a union or an agent of record, not a message from a stranger's account.
  • We never ask for a password, a sign in code, a photo of your ID or a payment. Not by email, text, direct message, call or video call.
  • Every claim starts inside the Jokerz app. Nothing is completed by clicking a link in a message.
  • Claim codes never travel by email. If a code is ever sent, it comes on paper or in a call we place to a number we already had. Never reply with a code, and never sign in anywhere to use it. A code is only ever typed into the Jokerz app.
  • No badge is for sale. Nobody can pay Jokerz, or anyone claiming to be us, for a verified badge, a spot on the show or a picture.

Where we really are

  • Our website: playjokerz.com. Check the address carefully; look-alike addresses are a common trick.
  • Our email: support@playjokerz.com. Anything claiming to be Jokerz from another address, such as a free mail account, is not us.
  • Our YouTube channel: @playjokerz.
  • The Jokerz app on the Apple App Store, from Sacred Blue Studios Inc.

If you are a player or coach

Right now, no Jokerz program asks any player or coach to sign in, send an ID or pay anything. If you want to ask about how you appear on Jokerz, have a picture replaced with the generic silhouette, or raise a concern on behalf of a player or an estate, write to support@playjokerz.com and we will answer from that address. We aim to switch a picture to the silhouette within 48 hours of a request.

When we open a way for players and coaches to claim their profile, it will start inside the app, and this page will say how.

Something looks like us but is not

Do not click it. Do not reply. Do not send anything. Forward it to support@playjokerz.com with the sender's address or account and a screenshot, and we will look at it. If it is a scam, you can also report it to your national consumer protection agency (in the United States the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, in Canada the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre).

If you meet someone on Jokerz pretending to be a player or coach, report them in the app: open their fan card, tap the menu, then Report this fan, and pick "Pretending to be a player or coach". See the Acceptable Use Policy.
